For Administrators:

Your Implementation Consultant will work with you to train you on all features and configuration options in emPerform – ensuring you are 100% able and comfortable managing your performance management system now and over time. Training takes place during setup and configuration so you know exactly how your processes and forms are setup and additional training for new administrators can be provided at any time.

We can train as many Administrators as you’d like and no technical skills or experience is needed to learn and manage emPerform.

All administrator training is guided by online training guides made available to all administrators.

For End-Users:

Because emPerform is tailored to your organization’s exact needs, we customize your end-user training material for you!

  • We provide you with custom user guides tailored to your exact forms and processes.
  • We create custom end-user training videos for you, to ensure you have accessible training for all existing and new employees and managers.
  • Live remote and/or on-site end-user training sessions are available for customers who want it.
  • We provide you with a change management communication guide to get your users prepared and onboarded successfully!

emPerform is offered as either a Hosted (SaaS) or On-Premise solution.

Hosted Deployment:

Also referred to as ‘SaaS’ (software as a service), hosted deployment involves emPerform hosting an organization’s system. The data is accessible at all times using a web browser and is completely secure. Maintenance and updates are handled by emPerform.

  •  maintenance updates and product upgrades are sent to your I.T. team for installation
