2013 has been a very exciting year for emPerform. We have forged key strategic partnerships, added even more innovative features to our software suite, acquired many great new clients, and participated in leading industry events – as a result, emPerform has experienced record growth in 2013 and things don’t seem to be slowing down.
As mentioned, our growth was fueled by the addition of customers in almost every sector – Healthcare, Manufacturing, Financial Services, and Technology, as well as the additional of new alliances and strategic partnerships with great companies like JUMPRewards, iCIMS, and HirePayoff. Our presence in North America as well as The UK has never been stronger.
This year we released version 4.4 of emPerform which includes integrated 360° review functionality along with other great feature enhancements. Using multiple perspectives to complete employee reviews is quickly becoming the standard for an effective performance management strategy and is transforming traditional once a year performance reviews into multi-faceted, year-round processes. You can rest assured that emPerform will continue to add robust features to its core offering to ensure customers have access to the tools they need to succeed.
Let me take this opportunity to extend my special thanks to our clients who are a wonderful group of highly skilled professionals. I would also like to thank all of our affiliates and partners who help add value to our offering. Last but not least, thanks to our team which continues to win accolades from our customers for service, support, and product development. We look forward to starting 2014 on very strong footing and are excited for what is to come.
