Your Implementation Consultant will work with you to train you on all features and configuration options in emPerform – ensuring you are 100% able and comfortable managing your performance management system now and over time. Training takes place during setup and configuration so you know exactly how your processes and forms are setup and additional training for new administrators can be provided at any time.
We can train as many Administrators as you’d like and no technical skills or experience is needed to learn and manage emPerform.

Employee data from Excel spreadsheets can be imported into emPerform. You can also use Excel to import content, organizational assignments, and data libraries (like competencies).
Employee data can be manually entered via the emPerform data entry screens.

Also referred to as ‘On-Demand’ or ‘SaaS’ (software as a service), hosted deployment involves emPerform hosting an organization’s system. The data is accessible at all times using a web browser and is completely secure. Maintenance and updates are handled by emPerform.
