We can train as many Administrators as you’d like and no technical skills or experience is needed to learn and manage emPerform.

For End-Users:

Because emPerform is tailored to your organization’s exact needs, we tailor your end-user training material for you!

  • We provide you with custom user guides tailored to your exact forms and processes.
  • We create custom end-user training videos for you, to ensure you have accessible training for all existing and new employees and managers.
  • Live remote and/or on-site end-user training sessions are available for customers who want it.

Electronic File Import

Employee data from Excel spreadsheets can be imported into emPerform. You can also use Excel to import content, organizational assignments, and data libraries (like competencies).


Employee data can be manually entered via the emPerform data entry screens.

Hosted Deployment:
