CRG emPerform recently announced a very exciting partnership with JUMP Rewards We asked their CEO, Frank Anderson, to give us the 411 on their offering. Below are his responses to our brief interview.

Why do you think Performance and rewards are a fit and should be a priority for businesses?
Close to 70% of Canadian companies find that employee engagement is a problem that needs to be addressed.
