A message from CRG President & CEO, Dr. Vijay Jog:

As 2012 comes to a close, I would like to reflect on a very exciting year and to announce that as expected, emPerform has experienced record growth in 2012.

This growth was fueled by the addition of customers in almost every sector – Healthcare, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Technology, Public Sector in North America as well as in the U.K.  Some of these customers include  J.F. Brennan Company, Gamma Dynacare Medical Laboratories, IMT Partnership, Pacific Source Health Plans, and many other great clients who span all industries. We have always known that if we provide a solution that is flexible, easy-to-use & affordable, and back it by world class service and training, emPerform would be a great fit in any company, regardless of sector, and this year has only reinforced that belief.

This year we also released version 4.3 of emPerform which includes tag that enables our clients to incorporate, if they choose, social feedback into employee performance reviews. Tag has helped to further solidify emPerform’s position as a forward-thinking player in the space and we are very pleased with how it has been received.

The market for performance management software is exploding as companies in every industry seek out proven and flexible solutions that will do more than automate processes – but strategically build a competitive workforce whose goals have a direct impact on the bottom line. We are pleased to offer emPerform as an all-in-one powerful software solution to meet this growing demand while also delivering the highest ROI in the industry. From a business perspective, we are committed to ensuring that emPerform caters to the needs of HR but also guarantees that the CFOs get a cost effective strategic talent management platform.
